I'm looking forward to my second year internship and sharing more stories/information with you as I continue my quest to become a Master Gardener.
In the meantime...... I think I'll just go skiing!!

Great photos! Rachel Carson and I had a mutual friend and his name is Dr. Frank Egler. Frank assisted Rachel with her book Silent Spring. I am no one important but somehow I befriended a famous conservationist and humanitarian. Franks gone now. I miss the old scientist. He wrote a book that I think you would like. It's called, "THE WILD GARDENER IN THE WILD LANDSCAPE"
